Doobie Brothers Hit Bridgeport

Still Listening to The Doobie's Music: Sure, with timeless, dance-inducing hits like "Listen to the Music" and "China Grove," The Doobie Brothers are still giving your parents plenty of opportunities to humiliate you, but who cares? Join the feel good rockers tonight at Klein Memorial Auditorium in Bridgeport for a nostalgic jaunt into classic rock and blue-eyed soul. Who knows, maybe mom and dad will even foot the $60-$110 ticket price? 7PM.

House Party: Acoustic country singer-songwriter Kevin Montgomery comes from good stock. The Nashville native's mother was a session singer to Elvis Presley and Bob Dylan. These days, Montgomery -- who now lives in London -- spreads the wealth, touring the U.S. once a year to play all 50 states (in just 50 days!) for charity. Tonight he drops by a private home in Norfolk to play a free show that's open to the public.

Night of the Living Dead (again): If you missed last night's crystal healer, Thursday brings another opportunity to communicate with the dead (phew!), as psychic medium Lisa Kay will spend two hours at The Crowne Plaza Hotel in Southbury. She'll travel through the crowd, letting you know how your loved ones who have passed are doing "beyond the physical plane." This kind of behind-the-scenes access doesn't come cheap: tickets are $50 (or $40 in advance). 7PM.
